Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting this invoice or making a payment for the goods listed herein, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment Terms

  • Due Date: All payments are due [Upon Receipt] from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after the due date will accrue interest at a rate of [1.5%] per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower) on the outstanding balance until paid in full.

3. Orders and Fulfillment

  • All orders are subject to raw material availability and production timelines.

  • Custom/Bulk Orders: For custom formulations, branding, or large wholesale orders, production will not begin until a deposit of [50%] is received. This deposit is non-refundable once production starts.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Risk of Loss: All shipments are sent by AusPost or external professional courier. Risk of loss and title to the goods pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Shipping Fees: The Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Delays: The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen supply chain disruptions.

5. Inspection, Returns, and Refunds

  • Inspection: The Buyer must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any claims for shortages, damages, or defective products must be reported in writing within [5 business days] of receipt.

  • Perishable/Handmade Nature: Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, slight variations in color, scent, and shape are normal and do not constitute a defect.

  • Returns: Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped items. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from the Seller.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s total liability for any claim arising out of this transaction shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the Buyer for the specific goods in question. The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law
